Recently I have been trying to focus on myself and what I need to do to make myself feel better and have the confidence I have lacked for a really long time
▲ Travel: While I have been to many wonderful/beautiful places, there is so much more of this world that I would like to see. I love being able to see new cultures and architectures.
What are some of your favorite places you have traveled to?
◉ Read: I love to read. I love to be able to escape and to all different places and see all sorts of people and use your imagination to create what the author is describing.
Who are your favorite authors and books?
◊ Exercise: I have been so proud of myself with how far I have come on my weight loss journey. I have lost 25 pounds. And while I know that is good I really need to be better with my fitness and exercise routine. Its not that I don't enjoy it, I just find it hard to do it each day. I must say though after I do it I feel so good and have so much energy.
What are your favorite workout routines?
⚫ Craft: I love to craft! Once again just like reading you get to use your mind and create new things. I love seeing a project when I am all done and knowing I created it. Plus it's fun to decorate and put cute fun things up in your house!
⬒ Laugh/Cry: I believe that laughter really is the best medicine. I love a good laugh it just makes me feel so alive and so happy. I also think that everyone needs a good cry every now and then. Either from watching a good chick flick or reading a good story or book. I just love to get all the feels!!
